Musical actress Park Hae Mi, talent Seo Kang Joon and singer Nara are appointed as bicycle safety culture honorary ambassadors for Bicycle Day.
For duration of 1 year, Park Hae Mi, Seo Kang Joon and Nara will be active as public honorary ambassadors to increase the usage of bicycle and spread bicycle safety culture.
The 3 honorary ambassadors enjoy riding bicycle usually. They revealed that they will try hard in bicycle safety promotion and they will contribute in accident prevention.
They are scheduled to attend 'Obey Bicycle Safety Rules' campaign for Bicycle Day opening ceremony on 21st April at Yeouido Park.
300 people including bicycle group belongs to Korea Bike Council, people of same interest and etc will gather in this event.
Minister of Government Administration and Home Affairs, Hong Yoon Sik emphasized at the appointment ceremony, "As much as bicycle capacity is over 10 million units, bicycle population increases or accident keep on upward trend. To prevent accident, we have to establish safety bicycle usage culture above all".
