Girl group Hello Venus Nara attracts attention with her slim figure and pretty face. She told her secret for flexible body and slim at the same time.
SBS Plus variety 'Stargram' that was on air last November 1 was a girl group special. This day, Nara who is an owner of an unrivalled body made appearance and conveyed beauty tip.
Usually she has a lot of interest in body management. She explained that in the past, she enjoyed eating high-calorie food but she gained weight as much as she eat so she went on a close supervision. Her biggest secret to be successful in diet is stop eating 'white food'.
Nara explained, "After not eating white food like flour, rice, sugar, salt and etc for a year, my body slowly changing. While doing that together with exercising, I lose more than 10kg. After that, I do not gain weight easily."
As soon as she wakes up every morning, she did stretching to loosen her body, and managed her complexion using green tea. Besides that, she also made and used cosmetic from organic material. She also rejected heavy and thick make up.
Nara who has insufficient make up skill revealed, "I cannot give up with my eye brow line. However to prevent ageing, I focus on basic make up." Now in her life, exercise has become an existence that cannot be separated.
