A girl group member made appearance on a Lunar New Year special variety program and got gold medal in an event 'Visual management even on surprised moment'. This member rose to the highest place in platform, suddenly shed tears and aroused curiosity.
The one that shed tears was Hello Venus Nara. Prior to debut on 2012, Nara is called 'Bundang Lee Na Young' and received attention with outstanding appearance and proportion. Nara debut with 6 member girl group Hello Venus together with Alice, Lime, Yooyoung, Yoonjo and Ara, and got evaluation as 'great rookie'. They also captivated everyone's attention. She made appearance in alcoholic beverage CF with actor Kim Soo Hyun and also in Kim Jin Pyo's music video, and left a deep impression.
However her girl group activity was not smooth. Even though they continued their activity steadily, something that cannot spear the peak. In the end on 2014 July through Pledis official site and fancafe, Hello Venus that was projected between Pledis and Fantagio decided to come to an end after both company agreement, meanwhile the members from Pledis side Ara and Yoonjo withdrew and had to accept destiny of member changing. Fantagio side Alice, Nara, Lime and Yooyoung bring in Yeoreum and Seoyoung, and got ready with 6 members again. After that, last year on January after releasing 'Wiggle Wiggle', Hello Venus released 'I'm Ill' on July and came back to their fans again.
However in singer industry that girl group already saturated, Hello Venus cannot exhibit big power. Rather awfully striking and rising junior girl groups hit the peak first before Hello Venus, even when doing steady activity, they cannot raise the result.
So Nara's tear was special. Nara that was raised to the highest place in platform play the song 'I'm Ill' and said, "This is my first time to get no 1 on terrestrial channel" and pour out tear of deep emotion.
However chance will come to anyone that wait. Recently numerous CF offer pour in for Nara and she already signed contract 7 company. It's become known that there are also many CF that are discussed positively. Tall height and figure without flab, as CF model Nara boasts a faultless visual and catches the eyes of advertisers. Especially as a successor of telecommunication model company that AOA Seolhyun is doing, the point that she received is encouraging. Just like Seolhyun that rise as a trend in a go with telecommunication company CF and grow as CF industry blue-chip, we can look forward for Nara take off too.
It's not only that. Recently, she learned acting from Ahn Hyuk Mo together with Mormot PD on MBC 'My Little Television' and made the viewers interested. More over, she joins the shooting for channel CG real movie production 'I am also a Movie Director:Youth Movie' and finished preparation to meet her fans through various route. She also will make appearance as female lead character in hi-teen romance movie 'A Girl's World' together with Noh Jung Ui and Jo Soo Hyang
When asked about her reason to develop a dream as girl group, Nara answered, "I really like to learn. While practising and making effort, when I see my developed appearance by myself, I can feel a sense of achievement." Even after realising her dream as girl group, Nara that is running for her dream is now spending a happy day more than any other time.
