Prior to the first broadcast of MBC Wed - Thurs drama 'Ruler - Master of the Mask' and SBS Wed - Thurs drama 'Suspicious Partner', the focus of attention is on L and Nara's activity who dream as acting idol' in the two dramas.

'Ruler' and 'Suspicious Partner' will be on air at the same time on May 10 at 10 PM. 'Ruler' is starred by Yoo Seung Ho and Kim So Hyun, and Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun will show comic romance chemistry in 'Suspicious Partner'. Because of the actors' chemistry, both dramas are considered to be anticipated.

Two idol members will make appearance in 'Ruler' and 'Suspicious Partner'. Infinite L in 'Ruler' and Hello Venus Nara in 'Suspicious Partner', both of them got their name in the main line up. Both of them are going to lead the drama by playing key characters in the drama.

L (Kim Myung Soo) will play the role as commoner Lee Sun, a son of a butler and has a genius brain, but became a burden because of his status. In order to save the suffering people, he will work together with Crown Prince Lee Sun acted by Yoo Seung Ho. They'll sometimes show bromance and charisma.

Nara will play the role as prosecutor Cha Yoo Jung who is shameless but sexy and charming. She's overseas-educated with classy look and as ex-lover of Noh Ji Wook (Ji Chang Wook), she became on bad terms with Eun Bong Hee acted by Nam Ji Hyun

In order to play such a character, both of them took off their title as idol and participated in the drama under the name of Kim Myung Soo and Kwon Nara. Especially, Nara took her first step as an actress through 'Suspicious Partner' and L will act in his first historical drama. Both of them are in their own 'life challenge'.

Both of them are determined. On 'Ruler' press conference which was held last May 8, L said, "'Ruler' is my opportunity to show many acting transformations and my first historical drama. I will forget Infinite for a while and try to show a lot of images as actor Kim Myung Soo." He said he wanted to do his best as Kim Myung Soo, not Infinite.

Nara said in an interview published by the production team, "It was a prosecutor role, so I went to the court to observe their jobs. And because I am with my seniors who are so good, I was helped a lot. Especially, I got the biggest help from the writer and the director who guide me for acting." She explained that she is making a lot of effort for acting.

The two people who dream of the new 'acting idol' have got a valuable opportunity to spread their wings in each broadcasting company's anticipated works. Both of them already receive passing score for their look and chemistry with other actors. Indeed, can the viewers recognise them as actors while they show their stable acting? The expectations are increasing.
