It is a comeback after a long time.
Nara I'm really nervous because it's our comeback after 1 year and half. It is fun nowadays to be able to relieve my thirst for stage.
Yooyoung We have released several digital singles in the meantime but it feels me with emotions because it has been a while since we did album promotion. As much as the effort that went while making the album for a long time, we want to show our musical growth.
Seoyoung I am sad that we only have about a week of album activity. We made a lot of new attempts through this album, but I wonder how it would shine? I still don't know. What do they think of Hello Venus.
Yeoreum I hope they'll treat us with favor.

Personally, the mysterious concept of this album was fun. The genre of title song 'Mysterious' which is called retro wing came fresh. Once we heard it, we kept on thinking of it.
Alice The song is more better the more you listen to it.
Nara It is our song, but the whistling sound at the beginning of the song is very good. I fall for it as soon as I listened to the song guide.
Yooyoung It's a somewhat unfamiliar genre called retro swing-style pop dancing, so it was hard to match the rhythm while recording. I think I'm the one who did the recording the most. It's edited for three time and I also changed my part. Anyway, I made a long recording. I have the first recording in my phone. When I listen to it, I even think 'Ah...There has been tremendous progress.'
Seoyoung I also had difficulty in getting the rhythm. When I put wave with my body, I honestly have a little breathing. So live practice was a bit difficult.

Rather, it seemed you are more skillful on stage compared to before.
Nara Then it is a success! We want to show a little more mature appearance musically and externally.

Who is the most mysterious character among the six members?
(All) Yeoreum!
The reason?
Yooyoung First, Yeoreum is unpredictable. She has tireless energy and enthusiasm. She really lives up to her name.
Yeoreum I agree. I'm the youngest with unpredictable unique personality(Laugh).

It's been six years since you debuted. Now you're a respectable girl group.
Alice Everyone said like that (laugh).
Lime I was really surprised because we were next to Shinhwa's waiting room comeback week.
Nara As we are not a group that often has activities, we feel like we are still a rookie. All of us don't know what to do when the juniors greet us. It's still awkward.
Yooyoung It is really strange that there are so many junior singers these days. I feel more and more responsible and I think I need to do better. One year was different and two years were different. There are things to learn every time.

We think now is the time for Hello Venus to show their potential.
Yooyoung I think we should try harder anyway. Now Nara unnie is showing good light. Thanks to that energy, we're working hard and when each of us works harder, I think that the whole team will get attention.

It's good to see that you don't want to be in a hurry. There are many girl group. What do you think is the charm of Hello Venus, which is different from other teams?
Alice If the other girl groups are the juicy fruit, we are more mature like fruit syrup and I think we have our own experienced charm(Laugh).

It's a fantastic analogy.
Alice All of our members are very nice. We had long hiatus, but I saw them doing individual activity or improving their lacking during that time and I was proud as a leader. They live sincerely without being forced and they do not make things that are offensive to each other. So I think we can get along fine for a long time.

All the members can sing and act. Do you want to try something new?
Alice This time I participated in my second musical. I want to learn more because it is a field that combines acting and singing.
Seoyoung I studying hard because I want to do musical like Alice unnie.
Nara I was lucky enough to get an opportunity to film an independent film. It was so fun that I want to try it again. The more I act, the more fun it is and the more I want to do it.
Lime I'm in charge of rap in our team but I have not been able to show it properly yet. I want to make a lot of mixtape work to show my music and I want to perform too.

As Venus is the name of the team, we are curious about the standard of beauty that each of you thinks.
Yeoreum It's a hard question. Well...Beauty is? Hello Venus? It's a joke(Laugh).
Seoyoung We can look beautiful when giving the feeling of stimulating maternal love
Lime Probably this is because I enjoy watching drama <Shin Saimdang> recently, I think Lee Young Ae can become the representative for Korean beauty.
Alice There is no outward standard, and I think those who have a clear self-control look nice and beautiful.
Yooyoung I agree.
Nara A woman who care for herself. I think those who always take internally or externally, look beautiful.

So when is this time you look pretty?
Yooyoung & Lime It's when we wear make-up.
Yeoreum When I erase the make for one of my eyes and look at mirror. When my original eyes are revealed, I feel like 'I'm quite alright though?'(laugh).
Alice When I went out to the bath. It's only 20 minutes, but I can't look that pretty because the swelling subsides.
Lime When I sweat and exercise.
Nara The bright face seems to look pretty when I remove the mask pack. I'm happy at that time (laugh).
Alice I think Nara is the prettiest when she eats. She looks really happy. Her complexion changes when she eats her favorite food (Laugh).

It's the last question. What do you think is your difference on and out of stage?
Yooyoung The fans already know, there is a difference in my tone between broadcast and normal voice. I have bright and energetic voice when I'm on stage but actually I'm not talkative. I like to listen mainly so my quiet feeling is strong outside the stage.
Yeoreum There is no big difference, but there is also a surprisingly chic and calm appearance for me (laugh).
Seoyoung I think I can be daring on stage. I think I show everything that cannot be shown on daily life when I'm on stage.
Lime I look cool when I'm on stage but I'm actually quite timid. My feeling is easily hurt. I always tell the older ones, but I have a lot of feminine aspect. I look easy-going but I'm more soft-hearted than you thought.
Nara I often heard that I look chic when I don't smile, but I think I show my natural appearance when I was on variety show recently. I'm clumsy (laugh).
Alice As I'm a leader, I often heard that I look cold and strong, but I tend to really nervous. I just don't say it. Even though I'm not always like that, I'm especially more sensitive and nervous when I'm on stage. It feels like I have a new chest. So before going on stage, I always do mind control. Anyway, we want to become always mysterious Hello Venus, the more you know, the more you become curious!
